Friendly bilingual staff, very helpful, and a perfect location near the middle of town. It is very easy to get to the stores, and most everything is a 20-minute walk away in town. They keep the place very clean and maintained. It's an 18th-century cottage that feels like it was built yesterday. Very highly recommend.

Nice small village. The Manor House burnt out several years ago and it is a pity it cannot be rebuilt.
The village is only ten minutes either way to Bayeux with lots of facilities and Arromanche at the middle of the D Day landing areas.
