The apartement was clean, equipped with everything you could need and also had a private terrace with chairs and a table in order to serve your coffee/ meal.

Very quiet place, nice neighborhood, extreme friendly hosts, 4mins to the groceries. I love everything about the house, thanks for hosting us! Even we left something at the kitchen the hosts were so kind to wait us for it. Can't be thankful more for our trip to Cottage Perla Vita. Easy private parking in the yard, friendly cute pets! The kitchen has everything we need for cooking, the shower is nice. Also the place is just a few minutes from highway. I would recommend anyone who wants to take a trip in Cannes/Nice/Antibes area to think about this beautiful house.

I would not recommend le cannet as a destination. The flat was uncomfortable so we went for a walk but it’s a really gritty area There are better places outside of Cannes to enjoy your holiday in the south coast

Especially, Mr Christophe helped us about the room change and gave us a room with a wonderful city and pool view. The room and the balcony are spacious. The kitchen tools are new and enough. They kept our luggages in luggage room safely. The establishment is silent and very peaceful.
