Location is excellent. The apartment is very spacious. Sabine was lovely. The bed was very comfortable. Surprising and wonderful to have a garden on the second level of the building.

Biggest pluses were location and staff. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious, but a little inconvenient to access, up a short flight of narrow stairs from the elevator. A bonus was the hotel breakfast: in a lovely room off the lobby, higher quality and reasonable priced.

Staff, staff, staff. Sasha and Mark were excellent "hosts". We had trouble with our rental car and they were very helpful in connecting us with resources to resolve the problem. They were busy but took their time to help us and we were very grateful.

Location was brilliant - just a short walk to Cours Mirabeau and the centre of Aix. It was very reassuring to have secure underground parking at the hotel. The room was a good size, clean and had all the facilities we needed. It was good value and good breakfast too!

We liked the short distance from the apartment to Marseille and Aix-en-Provence. Gardanne itself had a market on three days a week and most things we needed were available in the vicinity. The staff sent a message ahead of time, which puts us at ease on how to access the apartment ahead of arrival.
Very nice and modern apartment in a beautiful old house. Wifi disconnect was solved immediately after we reported it. If we will ever come to Gardanne again, we will book exactly here!
