The building was built in 1830, it's a former Roadhouse. We rent a one bedroom appartment at the 2nd floor. The beams are still visible in the living room. The apartment is at the second floor. The triple glazing assure you to have a quiet place and the Bedroom is on the backyard. You can cook or eat at home up to 7 people. The wireless internet access is included. The living room is equipped with a 55"TV screen, a home cinema and a couch with transforms in a real bed for 2 people. You can rent the guest room of our apartment, we share the jacuzzi, kitchen, living room and terrasse.

Our area is like a village, you can find everything you need just by walk. The "Commerce" street has a lot of stores and famous restaurants (café du Commerce). This street is just 1 bloc from our apartment. You can go by walk to see the Eiffel Tower, The National Residence of the Invalids, Champ de Mars garden and Trocadero palace. The subway station "Cambronne" on the line 6 (direct to the Champs Elysées and Montparnasse station to go to Versailles castle) is at 700 feet. At 5 min by walk (2000 feet) you will find "La Motte Picquet Grenelle" station on the lines 8 (direct to Opera, Grands Boulevards, Republique) and 10 (direct to Notre Dame, Saint Germain, Jardin des Plantes)
