'The Address' is a self contained one bedroom apartment. It is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac offering off street parking directly outside. It is situated next to the owner's property. The apartment is within easy walking distance of Carcassonne town, The Bastide, between the River Aude and the Canal du Midi. Situated on the ground floor, it has a king size bed, a built-in wardrobe, a modern bathroom with shower and a wash basin and toilet. The living room is open plan with a large sofa, TV (showing French and English channels) and WIFI. The well equipped kitchen leads to double doors onto a private terrace which has a table and chairs.
Nathalie and Justin moved to France in 2004 and set up a plumbing business which they stil run today. They have 2 children and love the pace of life that South of France offers.
The Address is located under 10 minutes' walk from three well rated restaurants in Carcassonne, La Grande Bouffe, La table du Vatican and Le Jardin en Ville, see details on Google. The Canal de Midi offers regular boat trips with lunch and dinner cruises. There is the local market on Saturday at place Carnot.
