The Villa met all of our expectations and was almost home from home. It is very tastfully decorated and has fantastic views. The kitchen is very well kitted out. The furnishings are not what you expect in a rental Villa as are of high standard. Overall it was just what the doctor ordered. The Restaurants and shops are a short walk away and you can find something for everyone taste.

Located around 150m above Playa de Santiago, Villas Parque Mirador offer a beautiful view over the Atlantic Ocean and the full southern horizon-semicircle from sunrise to sunset. They are well equipped with all kinds of commodities that belongs to a relaxed life. Private pool, sunbeds, private garden, BBQ, fully equipped kitchen, and free Wi-Fi. The Villas are surrounded by a terrace with comfortable outdoor sofas, and a large dining table under a beautiful wooden pergola. The ideal place to enjoy a meal! Around the private swimming pool with an incredible sea view, comfortable lounge beds invite you to relax and unwind. The lush and beautiful garden has a tropical vibe thanks to the palm and banana trees. You can also find olive and lemon trees. Living- and dining room, as well as the bedrooms are flooded with light through the floor-to-ceiling single-lite French doors. Tastefully furnished with high quality, each bedroom has a separate shower and toilet, the master bedroom has a bathtub. A perfect place to relax!

Neighborhood info

The villas are situated directly on top of Playa de Santiago, an old fishing village, unspoiled by mass tourism, with various wonderful restaurants in the harbour, where time almost has gone by without a trace. There is a path along the cliff leading down to the village (nightly illuminated) giving you the opportunity to walk down in less than 15 minutes. The pebble beach right in the village, as well as the eastward following bays, are sparsely populated, ideal to calm your mind. Westward of the villas, there are neighbouring plantations and a beautiful coastal path showing the utter wilderness of the island. Explore La Gomera by walking one of the many and beautiful hiking trails, or go on a guided tour on an –bike! Whale and dolphin watching, snorkelling trips with experienced divers are other very popular activities in the area. Welcome to paradise!
