Located at the end of a private road in the middle of quiet residential area Panorama in Javea, the villa offers an exclusive environment and complete privacy, whilst being located only 4 km from the Arenal Boulevard. The entire property, comprising all living space, garden and swimming pool, is located on one level. The garden and swimming pool have sun all year round. The property is fully fenced and accessible through an automatic sliding door and has plenty of parking space for several vehicles, incl. a car port. The villa has a living space of 180m2, and a plot size of over 1,200 m2, incl. 3 spacious bed rooms, and can comfortably host 6 persons. The entire house has central heating and double glazing, whilst also having fast optic fibre internet with excellent coverage across the house and pool terrace, and satellite TV incl. all the main streaming services. The villa has a very well equipped kitchen incl. breakfast bar, induction plate, oven, microwave and dish washer, 2nd fridge and washing machine. There are also 2 modern bathrooms, one of which is ensuite to the master bedroom, and has a walk-in shower. The 2nd bathroom has a jacuzzi. The living room and all bedrooms have airco and ventilators, and there is a desk for online work. The central location of the villa offers excellent connections to the Arenal and Granadella beaches, as well as a bakery and various supermarkets within a 5 min. drive. Because of the quiet location, the villa is not suitable and thus not available for groups of young people, bachelor parties etc. The villa has a security system with 3 cameras, which point at common rooms only, and which are disconnected during rentals and can be covered with locally available caps to ensure complete privacy.
