Die Wohnung hat eine perfekte Lage als Ausgangspunkt um Barcelona zu erkunden. In der unmittelbaren Nähe findet man alle Anbindungen, die man braucht. Lebensmittel, öPNV, Gastronomie. Das Haus war trotz zentraler Lage sehr ruhig. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Centrally located, just 3 minutes’ walk from Barcelona’s Passeig de Gracia Metro and Train Station, these modern air-conditioned apartments offer 4 or 5 bedrooms. Tendency Apartments was created 10 years ago, with the idea of offering each customer a great accommodation with a personalized and dedicated service. Property info

The central location, comfy furniture and most of all the impeccable cleanliness make our apartments unique. The space is decorated with style, modern and cosy and what makes it really unique is the huge chill out terrace that all guests can enjoy all year long. All of the apartments are fully equipped with all a family with kids or group of friends might need for a perfect stay. Few steps away from Paseo de Gracia and Casa Batllo, surrounded by shops and restaurants, the area is very safe, clean and central.

Neighborhood info

The neighbourhood of Eixample is the best option for travellers interested in architecture, gastronomy and shopping. The area is also famous for being home to most of Barcelona's Art Nouveau masterpieces, and a high-class residential and shopping area. Passeig de Gràcia is the heart of Eixample, here you will find most of Barcelona's international designer shops such as Chanel, Louis Vuitton and MaxMara. Also along this road are located La Pedrera and Casa Batlló, two of Antoni Gaudí's characteristically dreamlike buildings.
