I like this place, there is one of the best views of the whole of Benidorm, very comfortable apartment, have everything you need for a comfortable stay, very fast internet, clean apartment, polite friendly staff who will always help you if you need something.

We are a small team offering hospitality and well-being for your future stay in our facilities and we will do our best to make sure you have a happy stay.

Property info

Good views of the sea and the bay of Benidorm, with a good location that allows you to move easily. Outdoor swimming pool available all year round. Apartments to enjoy as a couple or family. Possibility to bring your own vehicle, as the establishment has parking. Easy access to all areas of interest: beaches, promenades, downtown, parks. Very close to the Levante promenade and located on the Calas de Almadrava and Tio Ximo. We have parking, which requires prior reservation, cost of parking 10 euros/day. A security deposit of 200 euros is required, to be paid on the day of arrival and returned after departure, as well as the inspection of the flat for possible damages.

Neighborhood info

Located in the Rincon de Loix area of Benidorm, this air-conditioned flat has one of the best views of Benidorm Bay and features an outdoor pool and sea views. The Sun&Beach view apartment is located above Tio Ximo cove (50m) and Almadraba cove (100m); 200 m from Levante beach; 2.2 km from Mal Pas beach and Poniente beach; 5 km from La Cala beach and 48 km from Alicante airport.
