Lovely bright apartment with fantastic views from the sunny balconies. Lots of bars and restaurants on the doorstep down the pedestrian promenade. Dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle etc - perfect! A great location would love to return!

Property info

This apartment was part of my childhood home. Friends and family stay here whenever they came to visit me. I like it because it has all you need to feel at home for a short stay. The location is fantastic, making it a great jumping point to discover Las Palmas. And, of course, the beach is just three steps away!

Neighborhood info

The corner of Canteras Beach where the apartment is located is called La Puntilla. I love the location because you have beautiful views of the beach. A short walk away you also have the nature reserve of El Confital. From the terraced table of the local restaurants you can enjoy a cool beverage all year round in sunny weather. Especially during the winter which, ironically, is less cloudy than summer.
