RECEPTION AND ATTENTION Unlike other agencies, at Iberorent Apartments we receive our tenants in the apartment itself to make sure that they enter the apartment without any setback. In this way, we have the opportunity to show the special features of each apartment and to resolve in situ any doubts and thus prevent misunderstandings. However, we also have a 24 hour customer service hotline in order to solve any problems during the stay.
