The apartment was very nice and more than comfortable. The building is quiet and while it may not be in the heart of the busiest area it’s an easy walk to get there. I would not let the location deter you from considering this place. The river is very close as well as the other main sights. This was our favorite apartments out of 4 while in Spain.

We love the spanish tradition and culture, art, music and of course, Flamenco. We also enjoy the andaluzian cuisine, and we can recommend you some of the most famous and best restaurants in Sevilla, a city known for the varieties of restaurant, from the most ancient and pure andalusian cuisine till the modern, fashioned and new kind of tapas, that mix the past and the presend of our cuisine.

Maestranza Boutique in Seville is our exclusive lodging proposal with an intimate atmosphere. Maestranza Boutique’s magnificent location will allow you to explore the most famous places in the city just by taking a few steps in any direction. All in all, it is a privileged place to enjoy the city and exclusive lodging. Our apartments have an autonomous entry system through an app that will allow the guest to make their arrival and stay much more comfortable. For security reasons and in compliance with the Legislation in force in Andalusia (Spain), the registration of the Official Identification Document (only for Schengen area members) and/or Passport of all guests will be required through this app ( essential requirement for people over 14 years of age).

Neighborhood info

It is located in a XIX century Neoclassical style building on Antonia Díaz street, next to the Real Maestranza de Caballeria Bullring and within a few meters of the Guadalquivir River, in the middle of the triangle formed by the Torre del Oro, the Cathedral and the Triana bridge. Next to us, there are plenty of good restaurants and some them are the most famous and traditional tapas bar of our city.
