★ Hi! We are LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES. We invite you to visit our website and our social media. ★ Spacious apartment with AMAZING PANORAMIC VIEW ON THE BEACH. Huge sliding windows occupy the entire front and allow you to SEE AND FEEL THE BEACH at all times. ★ Large KITCHEN equipped with OVEN, DISHWASHER and MICROWAVE. ★ In the LIVING ROOM there is a couch and a reading chair, both looking at the sea. The SMART TV has free access to Cable TV. ★ The MAIN BEDROOM, ensures privacy thanks to a transparent glass partition, which is provided with an opaque blind so that you isolate yourself from the deep BRIGHTNESS of the studio. And if that is still not enough, close the OPAQUE CURTAINS from the living room windows before going to bed! This bedroom is provided with a 150 cm king size bed. ★ The SECOND BEDROOM has a 90 cm single bed. ★ The apartment is equipped with WASHER AND DRYER. ★ There are 2 workstations, one of them includes a 24-inch computer screen that you can connect to your laptop. ★ Located on the 3rd floor of a quiet 4-storey building with lift. And you will not have to cross any street to bury your feet in the sand! ★ Thanks to our ELECTRONIC KEYPADS, you will not need to carry any keys when you go to the beach or anywhere else. ★ Ideal for SHORT- AND MEDIUM-TERM RENTALS, for couples or families with a child or baby, solo travellers or remote workers. ★ For stays longer than 14 days, it is mandatory to hire an additional cleaning service for the accommodation of at least 3 hours (39 EUR), which is paid directly to the cleaner, in order to allow us to properly maintain the facilities. It is for the benefit of all guests, the present and future ones!

★ La PLAYA DE LAS CANTERAS is considered one of the best city beaches in the world. ★ Oriented to the northwest, the beach entertains its bathers with the most beautiful sunsets ever. It is more than 3 km long. While one half of the beach is ideal for activities such as SURFING OR PADDLE SURF, the other half is perfect for SWIMMING, SNORKELING OR STAND UP PADDLE as it is protected by an emblematic volcanic reef (“La Barra”) located a quarter of a mile from the coast. ★ It is the perfect location for snorkeling, as ITS SEABED IS A PROTECTED SPACE. You can enjoy immersing yourself in its delicate ecosystem. The water temperature does not drop below 19ºC in winter. ★ At LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES, we make available to our guests diving masks, umbrellas and beach chairs in all our apartments.
