The location. Walking distance to everything. Restaurants, pubs, major attractions. Bed and pillows very comfortable even a second set of extra pillows in the closet. Shower head holder was broken. We called the contact and he immediately sent someone to fix it and problem solved! Water heater too small, 2nd person to take a shower had to wait because warm water finished when 1st guest was still in the middle of showering.
