Location was good for me. Bed was comfortable. Access to parking
Rising up from the March Menor shores, this modern and functional 3-star hotel is in Los Alcázares – a unique spot well-known for its warm, shallow waters. The area is ideal for family holidays.

This was just an overnight stay for us on a road trip from Granada to Barcelona. The hotel was quite large - with lots of services - but we did not make use of them. It was a short stroll to the beach - with a lovely walkway along the beach - which we did take advantage of. There were lots of cafes and stores just across the street where we went for coffee in the morning before departure.
Isla del Baron - A Murcia Holiday Rentals Property is located in Los Alcázares, just a 16-minute walk from El Espejo Beach and 0.9 miles from Las Palmeras Beach.

The close proximity of the town to the beach and super walks along by the beach are excellent. If the weather is right this is an brilliant location to learn water sports.
One real downside of the town is the constant overhead low level flying from what seemed to be a local army training camp. While this was intriguing on the first day/night, by day 4 it was actually really annoying and would probably make me choose another location again.
Pretty much all the restaurants were good however the higher priced options were not to standard.

There is a large selection of restaurants and bars but nowhere is very rowdy, everywhere feels friendly and safe. You can choose a different cuisine every night and there is everything from basic pizza to fine dining. Suits all budgets.

A lovely little SPANISH town, a good mix of new and old.
A lovely little SPANISH town, a good mix of new and old. Lovely promenade and cafes and restaurants but I would not swim in that water if you paid me - although people were in the sea.
The Mar Menor is what it says - a small sea, it is fed through a channel from the main Mediterranean Sea but it isn’t tidal so was quite grubby and smelly with a lot of algae gathering by the shore. There is also a huge amount of sea grass growing. There is a strong movement to clean it up after a few disasters over the last few years.
It is also very close to San Javier airport where the Spanish air force train so there are a lot of small planes flying around all the time . Great place to watch the sun rise.

Our first time to stay in this area & it was beautiful, with the beech on your doorstep. There is also a communal pool which was never packed during our stay anyway. It is a more residential area than tourist so a little quiet which is what we wanted. However the busier area is only a 20 minute walk with lots of markets, shops & restaurants. For us it was perfect 🤩

Not good sun beds on the beach dirty and worn, some nice bars and restaurants around , no upmarket shops, bit too British for liking but thats just a personal view. Hen parties and Karaoke… irish bars great if thats your type of resort.
we were here with 4 adults and 2 teenagers
Highly recommended, this holiday apartment
is the cleanest, neatest, tidiest and most well equipped I have stayed in Spain in so far.
(Wifi, aircon, washing-machine and dryer)
The son of the owners is always available on WhatsApp and very helpful.
It’s a stones’throw from the beach, where you can make long walks.
This part of Alcazares is not very touristy.
Supermarket Dia and lots of restaurants near by.
we did lots of day trips to nearby places.
Jo Jo is an excellent host, friendly and informative. Jo Jo was waiting at the entrance gates when we arrived and gave us a very thorough review of the apartment and some recommendation on the general location. The apartment is spacious and in excellent condition. It had everything we needed. It is in a great location, 5 minute walk to the shops/restaurants and 10 minute walk to the beach. I would recommend this accommodation for anyone planning to visit Los Alcazares.
We regularly stay at this hotel as the location is convenient for the family we are visiting.
The hotel is very clean & the staff are efficient & friendly. The hotel furniture needs updating as it is worn, and both the bed & the sofa are very uncomfortable. We did not use the facilities as we were out of season. We will be returning as it meets our needs for short breaks. Would definitely recommend excellent value for money.

Very good basic accomodation, my back did not like the bed or sofa and the bathroom is compact, the shower in particular but that's a personal observation.
Accomodation very central to old town Los Alcazares, 50 metres from beachfront, beautiful.Price good, would recommend aside from above criticisms which, I say are personal.
Check in very smooth and efficient.
We absolutely loved our stay at the Fisherman's House and were really sad to leave. It had everything we needed for a 3 week stay over Christmas and New Year and we were made to feel so welcome with some lovely festive touches. Perfect location as a base to explore the region of Murcia. We can't wait to return!
The staff at the hotel are very friendly and welcoming. The attention to detail w.r.t. my timings, breakfast, etc. was always great. The rooms and all facilities are spacious, clean and tidy. Would come back again, no doubt.
The hotel is in the perfect location for the 525 strip of bars and restaurants. The check-in was smooth and efficient, and the room was clean and probably larger than most hotel rooms. Really nice bathroom
This hotel is located a short distance from the main seafront area of Los Narejos. It's quite a stroll into Los Alcazares itself but the promenade is good and there is plenty to see on the way.
The property need maintenance URGENT!!!
Hotel’s 3rd floor no lights in the hallway.
The walls full of crack.
NO AC!!!!!!
We were assigned with 5 different rooms and there was no AC working.
It was a pleasant surprise that the hotel was wonderful in every way and was located in the best place on the central square. The views were great. We will come again! Thank you!
