Neighborhood info

Padre Aviles is set on top of a mountain surrounded by 180 acres of Almond and Olive trees,7 kms from the beach and beach front restaurants as well as the local shops. There is plenty to do in and around the area. Apart from enjoying the surrounds of Padre Aviles which has two pools, two tennis courts, pingpong table and a large terrace with a climbing frame and lots of little bikes and trikes for younger children, we are only 12 kms from the city centre of Malaga. There are many day trips one can do with children. Such as visiting the Caves in Nerja 40 mins away, Aqualand water park, El Chorro which is a great lake about 1 hour away by car where you can rent pedalos and canoes. The Fuengirola zoo is about 45 mins away as well as the Selwo marina which has dolphin shows etc. The Feria is is a big fair which happens in August and Holy week at Easter time is also full of religious processions We are have good access to the main cities in Andalucia such as Granada (1 1/2 hr), Ronda (1 1/2 Hr), Marbella (1 hr), Seviile (2hrs) and Cordoba (1 hr 45)
