What a lovely hotel! The STAFF are warm-hearted, always ready to take care of you, and radiate a familial (uncle/cousin-like) kindness. The breakfasts (8AM to 10AM) had all the essentials which you might need (fruits, cereal grains, eggs, cold cuts, baguettes, sweets, etc) and are served nicely. There's always free coffee/tea and mineral water available all day (even at night). The SURROUNDINGS have beautiful and healthy plants, the color scheme of the hotel interior has a feminine aesthetic (not girly, just calming). It's kept spotless clean. The ROOMS have air conditioning and cute small balconies. The room-to-room sound insulation was good. And the LOCATION is perfect: quiet street, in walking distance from the beach, grocery shops, and restaurants. There's a bus station (107, 103) close by that take you to Palma. If you rent a car there's a public parking lot next to a school, close to the hotel.

Solo traveller, ideal hotel for me and really enjoyed my stay. Ended up getting one of the top floor rooms which was actually two rooms joined together. I also had a fully balcony at my doorstep. Staff was lovely from day 1 to the end and the breakfast was really good. Varied certain elements like pancakes every second day and good spread of options for different tastes. 10 or so minutes walk to the main strip and 5 minutes to the beach.

Instructions how to get into hotel prior to arrival as reception would be unmanned. Keys left on reception for collection. Upon entering the room there was a hand written note saying welcome and if you need anything at all contact the phone number. Staff have all been polite and more than helpful and can't do enough for you. Spotlessly clean, fantastic little hotel.

Our stay was fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed our week here. The aesthetic is cute, the property was very clean, and the location was superb. We had everything we needed the whole time. The hotel is nicely located, just 5 minutes from the beach and under 3 minutes from the restaurants and bus station. Rooms are nice and clean, have balconies, AC working properly. There's no fridge in cas you need one. Bathroom was clean. The staff is very helpful and kind. The breakfast is continental, a lot of choices.
