The property is stunning from the moment you arrive. The entrance takes you by surprise as it is around the corner. I stayed in a suite with four windows that opened up to a beautiful view and every morning I would open all of them and just enjoy the sound of the wind and watch the sun rise.

The house is located 15 min away from the center of Palma and is easily accessible by car (going out at night was not a hassle at all). The neighborhood is quiet and you can park right in front of the entrance.
The house's perimeter is gated and you have total privacy in the garden/terrace and in the pool which is really nice and big enough to relax and play with kids. There is a hammock
The living room/dining room is big enough, with a bar/kitchen counter, modern cooking appliances and a washing machine next door (+dryer).
Both rooms are large and the main one had LOTS of storage space.

The house was exactly as described and shown. Very clean, no clutter. Check-in & check-out was smooth and the owner also let us check in much earlier, very much appreciated. We enjoyed our time! Pool is small but was a nice refreshment. Bbq is also a great plus!

Nice house on the edge of Santa Eugenia. In the village you will find everything within walking distance (supermarkets, coffee shop, bar, restaurant) so you can manage without a car, we only had our bikes. Nice location for cyclists, easy access to every direction without having to ride through/around Palma. This was our second stay here and will most likely book again.
Santa Eugenia is a lovely quite village only 20 mins from a fantastic Carrefour hypermarket and about the same time to reach the airport. The outside seating areas are generous and comfortable. wifi worked well and there is a smart TV. It is a fully renovated house which has been done to a high standard. Free parking just outside front door.
Amazing place to stay, unbelievable breakfast almost like an entire personalised buffet every morning, the best service I have received at any hotel and such a unique location. Feels like a very private villa all to yourself in the middle of Mallorca’s wine country, highly recommend!
