We invite you to visit our website and our social media. ★ STYLISH AND WELL EQUIPPED PENTHOUSE located just 190 m straight-line distance to the beach through a pedestrian street. ★ Enjoy its OPEN TERRACE reading a book, with a delicious dinner or with a refreshing drink after a day at the beach, or after a BICYCLE route to the historic city centre. ★ The BEDROOM, with direct access to the terrace, has a 135 cm bed and LOTS OF STORAGE SPACE. ★ The LIVING ROOM, very cute and spacious, has a double sofa bed with chaise longue, very comfortable in both positions. It is equipped with a large Samsung Smart TV, with free access to Cable TV with a wide variety of channels and movies in various languages. It also offers two foldable bikes with lights and helmets, a pair of beach chairs, an umbrella, a pair of snorkelling goggles, as well as a pair of yoga mats. ★ There are 2 WORKSTATIONS consisting of a desk, an office chair and a reading lamp. One of them includes a computer screen that you can connect to your laptop. ★ Very modern KITCHEN with the latest appliances: washing machine, oven, large refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker and all the necessary utensils for cooking fanatics. ★ The flat is located on the 6th floor of a 6-storey building. It is ideal for SHORT AND MEDIUM STAY RENTALS, solo travellers, teleworkers, couples or families with a child and / or baby. ★ For stays longer than 14 days, it is mandatory to hire an additional cleaning service for the accommodation of at least 3 hours (39 EUR), which is paid directly to the cleaner, in order to allow us to properly maintain the facilities. ★ La PLAYA DE LAS CANTERAS is considered one of the best city beaches in the world. ★ Oriented to the northwest, the beach entertains its bathers with the most beautiful sunsets ever. It is more than 3 km long. While one half of the beach is ideal for activities such as SURFING OR PADDLE SURF, the other half is perfect for SWIMMING, SNORKELING OR STAND UP PADDLE as it is protected by an emblematic volcanic reef (“La Barra”) located a quarter of a mile from the coast. ★ It is the perfect location for snorkeling, as ITS SEABED IS A PROTECTED SPACE. You can enjoy immersing yourself in its delicate ecosystem.
