I was fortunate to be born and grow up here, being as well involved in the management of my family’s apartment building. ★ Since our inception, LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES has paid special attention to a CAREFUL SELECTION OF OUR APARTMENTS and to an EAGER DEDICATION TO OUR GUESTS. ★ THE COMPANY REVIEW SCORE is our guarantee. ★ Wonderful two-bedroom penthouse and HUGE TERRACE, very cheerful and super bright, RECENTLY RENOVATED. ★ KITCHEN area is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, large refrigerator, washing machine... LIVING ROOM area includes a 3-seater couch with a footrest, a Smart TV connected to Cable TV Premium package. ★ In the DOUBLE ROOM, the sensations at night are amazing, always with the sound of the ocean in the background! And if you want to isolate yourself from the light and/or the heat you just need to close the OPAQUE BLINDS. The bedroom has a comfortable 150 cm bed, two cute bedside tables and two reading lamps, a mirrored front wardrobe and several chests with plenty of storage space. The SECOND BEDROOM has two 90 cm single beds and a HUGE built-in wardrobe.The SECOND BEDROOM has two single beds. ★ Thanks to the transparent glass railings, the terrace offers an UNBEATABLE PANORAMIC VIEW of the beach. Practise yoga outdoors or enjoy a pleasant dinner under the light of the stars. ★ This apartment is located on the top floor of a quiet 12-dwelling building. ★ Ideal for SHORT AND MEDIUM STAY RENTALS, families and couples. ★ For stays longer than 14 days, it is mandatory to hire an additional cleaning service for the accommodation of at least 3 hours (39 EUR), which is paid directly to the cleaner, in order to allow us to properly maintain the facilities. It is for the benefit of all guests, the present and future ones!

★ La PLAYA DE LAS CANTERAS is considered one of the best city beaches in the world. ★ Oriented to the northwest, the beach entertains its bathers with the most beautiful sunsets ever. It is more than 3 km long. While one half of the beach is ideal for activities such as SURFING OR PADDLE SURF, the other half is perfect for SWIMMING, SNORKELING OR STAND UP PADDLE as it is protected by an emblematic volcanic reef (“La Barra”) located a quarter of a mile from the coast. ★ It is the perfect location for snorkeling, as ITS SEABED IS A PROTECTED SPACE. You can enjoy immersing yourself in its delicate ecosystem. The water temperature does not drop below 19ºC in winter. ★ At LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES, we make available to our guests diving masks, umbrellas and beach chairs in all our apartments.
