La Casa de Las Flores ticked all the boxes for us. Reception ( Maria and Line) were on hand to help with anything we needed. The building was absolutely charming and the suite was extremely comfortable and spacious. It was the accommodation highlight on our trip so far.
The location was ideal as we were able to walk everywhere through the old town and soak up the atmosphere.
Whilst a little more expensive than other accommodation available it was definitely worth the extra with breakfast included and complimentary mini bar.
We also enjoyed the sun and a picnic on the rooftop bar overlooking Cartagena's famous archaeological site.

Very good hotel in great location i.e. in walking distance to the old city center. Very convenient paid parking right in front of the hotel. Super nice, multilingual reception staff. Clean. Good Wifi. Great shower. Good breakfast. Good restaurant. Reasonable prices. I'll definitely stay here again.

Friendly staff and good location, close to the centre.
El Portus is beautiful. Unfortunately there is very little internet reception anywhere, contrary to advertised. Reception only opens at 10am and is not 24 hour as advertised. Reception staff could hardly have been more indifferent to any of our problems. I understand tempers are frayed by the end of September but their abruptness was unacceptable.
Also, the rule that you are not allowed to leave the resort before 7am is nonsense. We were given no warning of this. Luckily we did not have a plane to catch.
