Villa Kathrin is well-appointed, spacious and comfortable, with a private pool with sun beds, and a BBQ area adjoining a shaded spot with a stone table and chairs for al fresco dining. The entrance is to a large living room with TV + DVD, and we continue to a glazed and very sunny dining room with a dining table, from there we access the pool, the terrace and the gardens. Inside the house, we find a modern fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher (washing machine in an outside utility room), three double bedrooms, all of them with A/C, all three share a full bathroom and a shower / WC. Central heating for cooler nights and a car park.

Kathrin is a beautiful villa, all on one level, with a beautiful and well-kept Mediterranean garden and a large terrace around the pool. It is located in a quiet area in the San Jaime urbanization, on the Benissa coast, just 1000 m from the Ifach golf course with 9 holes, 2.5 km from a supermarket and only 4 km from the beach and the center of Moraira, a very popular tourist place. where many activities are offered for visitors, such as diving, jet skis, beach bars and nice shops, bars and restaurants.
