The staff was always available through WhatsApp and responded quickly. Check in and registration was online and quite easy. Staff sent detailed instructions and videos of how to open the doors with the PIN and how to find the room. There was a vending machine with water and snacks, a microwave, coffee machine and electric tea kettle. Also plastic utensils available. While there is no breakfast in the hostel, there are good places to eat around it, such as Rincon de Sanabria. There is a discount for people who stay in the hostel.
