The staff were fantastic! So friendly and helpful. We arrived early (10.30hrs) and were able to check in immediately. Room was clean and comfortable. Less than a minutes walk to the chair lift to take you down to the square. Little mini market directly opposite the hotel and lovely bars/restaurants on your doorstep. Indoor parking is a must as the streets outside the hotel are on a parking meter and your car can easily get 'snowed in' so if you aren't taking the parking (€15) be prepared to dig your car out! Able to leave bags at the hotel on the day of check-out so you can stay longer in the resort.
