This fantastic first floor apartment with corner position overlooks the green on the renowned Jack Nicklaus championship course of condado de alhama Golf resort. The resort has at least over 10 restaurants to choose from and need not to travel. The apartment is furnished to a high standard with attention to detail and includes everything you require to make your holiday complete. Suitable for golfers and families alike with 2 bedrooms of 1 double and two single beds of which can make up into a king size double if required …. the choice is yours! The luxury bathroom includes full bath and shower facilities. Beautifully appointed kitchen with fabulous includes all your cooking, washing, and cutlery/crockery requirements. Lounge area has seating and dining for 6 people, large flat screen tv with satellite channels and a dvd/cd player. The apartment is fully air conditioned to provide cool summer months and central heating for the cooler winter months. There is a large wrap around terrace on this corner plot which provides both sun and shade and there is additional provision out here for al fresco dining with sun loungers where you can just lay in the sun,
