Francis is a super nice host, and the house is very spacious and well equipped, the beds are very good , there are 3 bathrooms, a small garden and terrace in the back and a terrace in the front of the house and a huge rooftop terrace with a stove/grill. The house is very close to the beach, there are supermarkets, restaurants and shops at walking distance, perfect location.

Fantastic town house fully renovated next to one of the best beaches in Marbella. Located on the Golden Mile close by the famous Hotels, Marbella Club, Puente Romano and Melia Don Pepe with many gardens, a large communal pool and a separate pool for children , with sea views, paddle, tennis, security and surveillance service. This luxury town house is fully equipped and a few minutes away from the beach. You can enjoy walking along the promenade next to the beach to the center of Marbella or go to the famous Puerto Banus where you find the most exclusive shops and excellent restaurants. Only 200 meters away from the very exclusive Marbella Club and the famous Puente Romano hotels . To enjoy your stay in Marbella, you do not need the use of a car, but the house has a private street with security, where you can park your car. The house is surrounded by restaurants, large supermarkets, bike rentals and water activities. The bus stops and taxi services are close by. Actually the house has 3 bedrooms on the first floor, and 1 bedroom on the ground floor, that can be used as a servant’s quarter. There are a total of 12 sleeping places available.
