The key handover will take place at the office located in CALLE GUILLEM SOROLLA, 33. Located on the 6th floor of a building with a lift, this modern 80m2 apartment can comfortably sleep groups of up to 4 people. As you enter the apartment, the first room to your right is a modern open-plan kitchen provided with all the appliances you will need to cook your own meals. The living/dining area is wrapped around by balconies and enjoys lots of natural light. This area is equipped with a sofa bed (140cm x 190cm), TV and a modern dining table for gathering and dining. The bathroom is located right next to the bedroom door: fully refurbished in 2016, it comes with a spacious shower. Located on a high floor and provided with outward-facing balconies, the Casals apartment offers its guests a quiet and bright ambience. It has ample storage space by the bedroom entrance, air conditioning and radiators. No matter why you come to visit us, this spectacular, luminous apartment, will be your best choice for your visit to our modern city of Valencia.

Neighborhood info

The historical center of Valencia is comprised of El Carmen and the city centre - Ciudad Vella. Among the most important monuments are Plaza Redonda, Torres de quart, Portal de Valldigna and the Del Carmen Church. A main feature of El Carmen is the look of the holes in the massive De Quart Towers from the cannonballs used in the time of Napoleon. The ancient winding streets of the Barrio del Carmen contain buildings dating back to Roman and Arabic times. The Cathedral, built between the 13th and 15th century is primarily of Gothic style, but contains elements of Baroque and Romanesque architecture. The 15th century Serrano and Quart towers are part of what was once the wall surrounding the city. UNESCO has recognized the Late Gothic silk exchange (La Lonja de la Seda) as a World Heritage Site. The modernist Central Market (Mercado Central) is one of the largest in Europe. The main railway station, Estación Del Norte, is built in art deco style. The area is full of young people and lively bars. This lifestyle in contrast to the backdrop of old stone buildings gives the Carmen a unique charm.
