The location was excellent. Collecting the keys was really easy and the staff super friendly! The fact that you can stop outside with the car/taxi and also at the apartment really took alot of stress away and handling suitcases much easier. The apartment is very spacious and super comfortable. Great showers with loads of water pressure, good hair dryer. Kitchen super well equipped. I would definitely stay here again the next time I am in Valencia.

A spectacular two-bedroom apartment with spacious, welcoming rooms. With a surface area of more than 100 m2, it can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. The Boyvin apartment is located on the first floor of a building without elevator. On entering the apartment, guests will find a beautiful living room with a comfortable sofa, a dining table that comfortably seats four and a Smart TV. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with all the appliances you might need to cook your own meals. The living area gives access to the first bathroom, complete with a large shower and the first bedroom, facing the main street. Behind the kitchen is the access to the second double bedroom, boasting a unique, original shape. This bedroom comes with an en-suite bathroom complete with shower and round bathtub. Partial A/C with splits in the bedrooms. With large windows and plenty of storage space in both bedrooms, the Boyvin apartment is the perfect choice for enjoying a comfortable, stylish stay in Valencia. On the day of your departure you should leave the apartment clean and tidy with all waste correctly disposed of.

With all the most important historical monuments in a radius of 5 to 10 minute walks. The Boyvin apartment is located 5 minutes away on foot from the main arquitectural attractions, for example: the Plaza del Ayuntamiento (the City Hall Square), right nexto to the Central Market, the Plaza de Toros (bull fighting ring), the historical Train Station. At a 10 minute walk you will find the Cathedral and the historical neighborhood of el Carmen. Without leaving the historical center, you will have a great selection of bars, restaurants, and discos that you can enjoy during your stay. Staying in this spacious, safe and conveniently situated apartment, will make your vacation planning in Valencia very easy.
