The staff was very helpful and extremely nice. The location was perfect, the breakfast was delicious and the rooms clean and comfortable.
This property is located in the heart of scenic Puerto de la Cruz, right next to its bus station. The property offers a swimming pool. Free WiFi is provided in common areas. There's also a gym.

The junior suite is so comfortable. There is plenty of space and it is really clean. The rooftop has lovely views and the staff are friendly and helpful.

The hotel is in a wonderful location in this historical city. The staff were incredibly friendly. Everything was clean and lent itself to the theme of the town… Historical. The value for what we spent on the room was incredible. It's the best hotel we've stayed in so far in the Canary Islands. we do not do resorts. We do places like this. We've stayed in seven other places so far on this trip. This was the best!
And don't miss the view from the rooftop terrace… Incredible!

There were total meltdown of the managers via phone due he accused me of canceling the reservation. Staff don't speak English so only time during ny years of traveling I felt threatened and not safe and had to call Booking.com help line. Thing is that they had sold my room over the counter to someone else with cash money and tried to press me out eventhough I had reservation and paid via Booking.com. These are conmen at their worst. Luckily Booking.com put them in order.
All this is very true, but of course they will explain whatever.
This hotel is located right in the city center, just 2 minutes walk from the main square of Plaza del Charco and in the shade of Mount Teide.

excellent views from the units with balconies. spacious and nicely decorated for the rooms without balconies. staff at the front desk until late at night and were super friendly! yeah place is old but is well kept, clean, and a BARGIN to stay so centrally located.
