Il y a tout ce dont on a besoin sur le plan matériel. L'appartement est décoré avec goût. Il est bien situé. La personne qui nous a remis les clés était très sympathique et très réactive pour répondre à la moindre question pendant le séjour. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Nice apartment with living room (convertible couch), 2 bedrooms (1 king size, and 2x1 bed), bathroom (shower), fully equiped kitchen (incl. kettle). 3mn to Caleta beach, the Genoves parc and the Falla theatre. 3rd floor, quiet surroundings, AC, Internet.
I love travelling, history, cinema, books, farniente too :)
The neighbourhood is very quiet, even in times of Carnival or "Semana Santa", you will not have the noise of passing by motorcycles or people shouting in the streets, like in most of the narrow streets of the center. Two small shops on the same street sell the indispensable food, and very near (San Rafael street) are two supermarkets, one of them quite big. The Central Market Abastos is 15mn walk from here (THE place to buy fish).
