Our modern, fully air-conditioned,5 bedroom pool home is nestled at the foot of the Segaria mountains amongst the orange trees overlooking the beautiful Orba valley. Our electricity is powered by the sun! We generate our own electricity and use only renewable sources to supplement our energy needs if required. We have an " A " rated energy performance certificate. The house is situated on the edge of the village of Benimeli & is in walking distance to local shops & bars. The superb Costa Blanca beach of La Deveses is just 7km away and beaches at Javea & Oliva are just 20 minutes drive away. This spacious home has 5 bedrooms & can sleep 12 guests. One baby can be accommodated additionally in a cot/crib, which is available at no extra charge. The master bedroom is on the ground floor & has a massive superking bed, en-suite shower room with a "rainfall" shower, walk in wardrobe & flat screen TV with English channels and streaming channels via Amazon fire TV. The remaining 4 bedrooms are on the first floor. Two bedrooms each have a king size bed & the remaining two bedrooms each have a king size bed & a single bed. There is a second family shower room with a "rainfall" shower on the first floor. There is a beautiful lounge, which enjoys fantastic views across the Orba valley with a 55 inch smart TV with Spanish & English channels and a dvd. There is a formal dining area or you can eat "Al fresco" under the covered naya, overlooking the pool. There is a modern, fully fitted & equipped kitchen should you wish to prepare a full meal. There is also a clothes washer & dryer so you can keep up with the laundry whilst you are away. Outside, there is a lovely south facing garden with a 6m x 4m pool that is just for your use. There are plenty of chairs & loungers that you can use to soak up that fantastic Spanish sunshine all day long. There is also an awesome, south facing balcony, which is the entire width of the house.
Our fantastic, fully air-conditioned,5 bedroom pool home is nestled at the foot of the Segaria mountains, amongst the orange trees and overlooking the beautiful Orba valley. The house is situated on the edge of the village of Benimeli & is in walking distance to local shops & bars. The superb Mediterranean beach of La Deveses is just 7km away from the house and beaches at Javea & Oliva are just 20 minutes drive. If your a nature lover, enjoy hiking the many local routes through the mountains. If you're looking for something more subdued, enjoy leisurely walks through the beautiful countryside & around the orange groves, much of which is fairly flat. There are loads of other things to do nearby! Enjoy nearby theme parks and other places of interest,play golf,go horse riding,enjoy the local food & wine in the areas many bars & restaurants or just soak up the sun by the pool! There is also superb shopping in the area. Try "La Portal de la Marina" shopping Centre, which is just 10 minutes drive drive from the house or visit Denia city centre. The house is situated just 10 minutes drive from the Mediterranean Motorway AP7, for easy access to Valencia, Benidorm and Alicante. The village swimming pool,with the fantastic "Bloody Mary's" pool bar,the village square and it's shop & bar are all within a few minutes walk.
