The accommodation is very well located, the north is the most beautiful part of the island, the accommodation is nice and well equipped, there is a nice terrace with delicious lemons and a beautiful view, it is next to a beautiful village directly on the coast. The hosts are very friendly and always willing to help, they speak French, German, English and probably Spanish.

The 100-year-old rustic house in the Canarian style located in Santa Catalina, in one of the locals lived, quiet village at 100 meters above sea level and yet only 15 minutes west of Puerto de la Cruz. 1 km to the coast with swimming in natural pools of San Juan de la Rambla, so it can also be reached on foot. Other small beaches are located in a distance of 10 to 20 minutes by car   This particular location makes it an ideal starting point for hikes along the coast towards Icod and into the mountains towards La Guancha. In the resort, and only a few minutes walk from the house, a grocery store, a gas station and a small romantic park with an adjacent children's playground. The house has a ground floor, one floor, 280 m2 fruit and herb garden (tangerine, lemons, oranges, papayas, bananas) to relax and crickets. The first floor is occupied by the German landlord. The ground floor apartment has its own direct entrance. The house is located in a cul de sac - an advantage for families with children. Welcome to our beautiful house in Santa Catalina.
My wife comes from the island of Mauritius, where she managed a 3 star tourist hotel. Me, I'm a musician (guitar and vocals), organizing on Tenerife small festivals and shows in bars and clubs for other bands and musicians. We own the place and live here on the 1st floor of the location (separate entrance and fully self-contained).
Casa Dominica is a very safe and quiet place, for young and old. The kids find the well situated and equipped, nearby public playing park much attractive. A small grocery shop and a fine seafood restaurant is within walking distance to Casa Dominica. The entire last week in November is the time for the big Santa Catalina Fiesta. During this 1 week there is much cheerful action in the street nearly 24 hours a day. If you are looking for peace and quiet : please book another period.
