Location was quiet yet an easy walk to the main square with a selection of restaurants. Pool, though unheated, was very welcome after a day of sightseeing. Spacious accommodation. There is private parking but only if you have a smallish car as the access is very narrow

ALOJAMIENTO PARA UN TURISMO SOSTENIBLE Inversiones realizadas en el alojamiento con objeto de incrementar su sostenibilidad: 1.- Hemos instalado el sistema FV de autoconsumo energético que consiste en 9 placas solares Sunpower P3 con 9 micro inversores individuales Enphase IQ7, colocadas sobre el tejado de la casa. Este sistema se conecta con la red eléctrica interior. Permite consumir energía limpia en horas de sol. El excedente se traspasa a la compañía eléctrica suministradora. 2.- Usamos un sistema de iluminación de mayor rendimiento energético. Hemos sustituido todas las bombillas tradicionales por bombillas de LED. 3.- El agua de la piscina se renueva a través del sistema de electrolisis salina. Hemos evitado verter tabletas químicas y conseguido que el baño sea más saludable sin dañar a la piel ni a los ojos. 4.- Compra de productos respetuosos con el medio ambiente. Evitamos comprar productos fabricados en plástico y productos envasados en plástico. Usamos productos naturales para la limpieza como soluciones en vinagre, bicarbonato sódico, zumo de limón, detergentes bio, etc. Servilletas de papel y papel higiénico de papel reciclado.
Situado en el centro de Mallorca, centro y punto de partida para poner en marcha tus rutas turísticas en cualquier lugar de Mallorca en coche, empleando muy poco tiempo. La casa está acomodada, bien equipada, con piscina, aire acondicionado, wifi por fibra óptica, con exteriores para disfrutar del buen clima, bajo un pórtico o en la terraza. Situada en un pueblo que no llega a los dos mil habitantes, pueblo típico y rural isleño, que dispone de una plaza donde hay bares y restaurantes y donde hacen la vida los residentes, organizando todo tipo de fiestas y ferias. Actividades que tú puedes practicar: senderismo (excursiones a pie por el plan de Mallorca o por la Sierra de Tramuntana), bicicleta de corredor o de montaña (por los caminos eco-vías del Pla de Mallorca), practicar deportes náuticos o simplemente relajarse en las playas de arena blanca, visitar pueblos en mercados de frutas y verduras autóctonas, artesanía, antigüedades, etc. Visita a la catedral y el casco antiguo de Palma, museos, patrimonio cultural, conciertos de música y teatros. O simplemente disfrutar de los servicios de la casa como la piscina, la jacuzzi, hacer una barbacoa, leer y disfrutar del buen clima.
A mi me gusta la vida campesina. Yo considero que la gente de pueblo es más hospitalaria, más noble, más sana y más sociable. Me gusta los miércoles ir a comprar y a pasear por el mercado de Sineu, el viernes ir al mercado tradicional de María de la Salut, los sábados y domingos, por la mañana a hacer un desayuno y hacer tertulia con diferentes tipos de gente en algún bar de la plaza. Son también interesantes los paseos en bicicleta y el senderismo por caminos rurales de alrededor del pueblo. Igualmente se puede planificar hacer senderismo por la Sierra de Tramontana donde se descubren paisajes idílicos. Hay bodegas y restaurantes de gastronomía tradicional en los pueblos de alrededor de María de la Salud como Llubí, Sineu, Sencelles y Petra.
