The hotel was perfect. We stayed two nights, one upon arrival in Spain and another night when leaving. The customer service is outstanding. Carlota went above and beyond upon our arrival giving information on Valencia and provided a complimentary bottle of Cava since it was my birthday. Augustin and Andrea also provided excellent service during both of our stays, as well as the young man who escorted my daughter to the taxi when we were leaving. The location is as central as you can find. The best part was the comfortable bed and pillows. The shower was awesome as well as the Rituals body products. I can’t comment on the breakfast since we didn’t partake.

It was what it was advertised as - a 4**** hotel. Comfortable beds, big fluffy towels lovely toiletries. Soundproof with doors closed. Breakfast was excellent thanks Ann. We had dinner one night at the hotel and it was superb. It was a nice change to stay in a hotel that was as it was advertised to be. Plush and comfortable.
