Le personnel est à l’écoute professionnel et réactif. Méfiez vous des commentaires négatifs sur cette agence type arnaques ou autres… Si vous vous comportez bien vous n’aurez aucun soucis avec l’agence. Maison avec tout le nécessaire rapport qualité/prix, l’extérieur de la maison est très bien !!! Pour notre séjour tout est bien passé, même s’il y a eu quelques dis fonctionnement c’a été résolu dans l’immédiat. Caution rendu en entier après quelques jours. En résumé je conseil sans hésitation.

Property info

This attractive villa enjoys of a conveniently elevated position located between Moraira and Calpe. Both these towns, have shown a growing interest for tourists as it offers some of the most sophisticated beaches of this coast and a large variety of shops, restaurants and bars. BV Morales has the advantage of being close to these hotspots while enjoying marvelous views towards the sea for an affordable price. The villa offers parking for 1 car and a washing machine by the garage. The exterior presents us with a large terrace with sea views, a private swimming pool, sun beds and a BBQ area right next to it, all surrounded by a traditional style garden. From the pool terrace, stairs lead up to a charming covered veranda with sea views, ideal to enjoy breakfast every day, this terrace flows into the lounge/dining area where we find a fully equipped kitchen, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, a bathroom and shower/WC room. Further exterior stairs that we access from the covered veranda, lead up to another little sunroof terrace presenting astonishing views towards the coast. On this top level we find a wonderful twin bedroom with a toilette. If you are looking for a sophisticated yet affordable and calm area, this is the place to be.
