Die Anlage hat einen direkten Zugang zur Promenade Costa Canaria, um nach San Augustin oder den Dünen von Maspalomas zu spazieren. Zu den einzelnen Strandabschnitten sind es nur wenige Schritte. Der Pool wurde von uns sehr gerne genutzt. Wir haben zwar keine Kanarienvögel gesehen, dafür aber Wiedehopfe, die das Grün eifrig nach Fressbarem durchpickten. Die Anlage ist gut gepflegt. Auf der Straßenseite gegenüber gibt es einen Imbiss, 200 m entfernt einen gut sortierten Supermercado, am anderen Ende der Straße einen Autoverleih.
