Lovely property, with loads of space, good quality funiture and fittings. all mod cons available. property close to a variety of shops and within a mile to all major supermarkets and the Dos Mares shopping complex. a 5 min drive to either to Mar Menor or Mediterraneum sea. the Apartment benefits from a secure communal pool which is gated. There are 4 decent size bedrooms all with built in cupboards and the necessary airconditioning. it has two bathrooms which are very spacious. The Downstairs one has a Bath with a overhead shower. the top bathroom has a large shower with a lovelly double shower rose. perfect to get the salt out from those days spent on the beach. all the beds have matching linen . the kitchen must be the piece of resistence for peopple who love coking during holidays. with crockery and cutlery to feed 12 people. it has a double oven, large american fridge, grill ideally for the healthy eater, microwave and good quality toaster. the very important dishwasher is also available and it can do 12 places. in the laundry terrace there is also a washing machine and tumble drier. the main bedroom has a private terrace with 2 sunloungers to soak up the sun

Pueblo Salado is a fairly new complex and most people have only had occupation for two years. As not all properties havent been sold the Bank that owns them has a 24 hour securty guard on site giving our clients a sense of safety. this part of town is mainly spanish. within a few hundred yards there is a municipal sports complex with heated pools, tennis course, football, basketball etc. the nearest beach is aprox a mile away. there are loads of tavernas and restaurantes within walking distance. restaurant Galego is reknown by locals as great food and requires booking in Advance. restaurant el portugues also offers a excellent choice of meals. we regullarly visit the Tahiti restaurant wich do great Tapas. its within walking distance to the apartment. if you wish to spend time shopping the new Zenia bolevard is 15 mins drive away and it has a variety of designer shops.
