Totally clean and comfortable. The room is almost a whole apartment, with its own fridge. The microwave oven and the water cooker are in the shared space downstairs. The end stop of the Sevilla and Almonte buses ("Surfasaurus Caño Guerrero") is close by.

Its a strange sort of half deserted seaside town, moatly 2nd homes. We visited in March i imagine it is much busier in summer. Not many places to eat out off season and the places they did have are very basic. One ripped us off by charging 40e for a piece of steak, but it is the closest beach place to Seville. The beach and the sea were the best you could expect. The town was dead. A lot of places were already closed down for the winter in mid- September when it was still very warm and sunny. Small town, with long beach and very windy weather. When you want quite and long walking, it's perfect. But when you want some life or picnic in the beach:) , it's not for you. Here is fantastic park Donana and awesome western town El Rocío. It's good for short break. And there is small problém, when you don't speak spanish. Many people don't speak english.

The beach is superb and plenty of restaurants to chose from both ends of the beach. There wasn't enough beach bars for young people, just one very good one playing great music that closed by night. I enjoyed the fact that i didn’t have to drive my whole time...
I enjoyed the fact that i didn’t have to drive my whole time there because everything we wanted to do was walking distance from the apartment. Expect wind as it is next the Atlantic ocean... Locals are friendly and helpful. All the shops you need are there and Supermercado MAS shuts at 10pm. We ate at Los Pepes, Rompeolas which both are at the first restaurants you will see when you exit the building on your way to the beach. Both have very good menus. At our arrival we went to Restaurant Casa Matias which i would recommend. We also went to the cafeteria next to Supermercado Mas, for grilled snacks. The food quality is good. The length of the beach is very good for walking/running/exercising either on the sand or through the promenade. If you want to go out for drinks and maybe dancing, a nearby hotel often organise events which you could gain access.M’PartUnited Kingdom

The property had it's own toilet facilites, a decent shower and a comfortable bed. Unfortunately, I stayed there out of season so the restaurants were mostly closed but the accomodation was more than sufficient and we were pleasently surprised.LiamUnited Kingdom
