Little touches like water in fridge on arrival, washing up liquid etc provided. Shampoo and soap/shower gel there to start you off without having to go to shop straight away. Good quality towels. Friendly cleaning staff. No piped music indoors or at the pool, hurray! Firm beds. Big bookcase of books to borrow, but mostly in Scandanavian languages. Big containers of water on sale cheaply at reception so we didn't have to carry it from a shop.
