Gandía Centro 3000 Apartments feature 1, 2, or 3 double bedrooms with a sofa bed in the living-dining room, accommodating up to 8 people in each unit. Rooms may have either a double bed or two single beds. The apartments consist of an open plan equipped kitchen to the living-dining room with a washing machine, oven, stove, refrigerator, and television in the living-dining area. They have a full bathroom and, in the case of the larger apartments, an additional toilet, making them perfect for families. Bed linen is provided for all tenants, although kitchen towels, tablecloths, and towels are not. IMPORTANT TO CONSIDER: Bookings for those under 25, groups, and bachelor parties will require pre-authorization via a credit card of 100 euros per person. This amount is fully refundable, serving only as a deposit to ensure responsible use of the accommodation and its contents.

Guests may be accommodated in various buildings in the area, specifically having the option to stay in Barraques 44, Mikonos, or Bitácora apartments, with preferences noted but not confirmed until arrival.
