Holiday rental apartment in Marbella located right by the beach and situated in an urbanisation with a communal pool which is open in summer, and with grassy areas. This spacious apartment has plenty of room for a group of friends, or a large family: in addition El Cable beach is large and sandy, a great choice if you are travelling with children. The property has three bedrooms, lounge, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with all you may need during your holiday, as well as a small terrace with lovely sea views from the side. There is air conditioning in the entire apartment.

Neighborhood info

The old town can be reached by an easy 15/20 minute walk, or also by bus, which stops in front of the complex. A car is recommended during your holiday in order to be able to do the shopping or to go on day trips in the province of Malaga and its neighbour Cádiz: the access to the A-7 motorway is very easy.
