Spacious apartment in Marbella situated next to El Cable beach. The urbanisation contains a communal swimming pool (open only in summer), gardens and direct access to the beach. The maximum capacity is for four people. The property consists of two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, lounge and two complete bathrooms making it the perfect choice for families or groups of friends. There is an inviting terrace with side views towards the sea. The equipment in the property is complete, you have everything that you may need during your holiday on the Costa del Sol, including air-con and a WiFi connection. The value for money of this holiday rental apartment in Marbella is exceptional: This is an outstanding destination year round, but if you plan to go in July or August it is best to make the booking far in advance.

This charming apartment has an unbeatable location, just 30 metres from Cable and Pinillo beaches, and is ideal for those who want to enjoy the two biggest beaches in the city. The centre of Marbella with its lovely old town is a 25 minute walk away. If you prefer to use public transport you will find an urban bus stop just opposite the complex, which will take you to the centre of Marbella and Puerto Banús. Please bear in mind that the apartment is located near an industrial estate which you will need to cross to get to the centre. From the beach you can walk along the front to all the towns on the Costa del Sol and quickly reach Marbella fishing port, Marina la Bajadilla.
