Duplex apartment in Tarifa in the urbanisation Los Lances II, right on the beachfront and with a communal pool. The apartment is situated in a residential area of the town with bars and restaurants close by, and just a 10 minute walk to Tarifa´s town centre, which enjoys a great nightlife and large choice of restaurants virtually all year round. The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, the living room has a double sofa bed. The property also has a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. There is an underground garage space available but it is not free, you have to pre-request a space.
