First and foremost we liked the staff at the reception, particularly Nadia and Segiu were very helpful and full of information. Also, all the other girls at the reception and the staff at the breakfast were really GREAT.
The location is fantastic, in the old town and not far from the Guggenheim museum.

Nothing. It was a terrible location with no facilities. The town close by was awful. The restaurant was no longer in operation - ie the restaurant facility managed by a third party pulled out months ago. The included breakfast wasn't provided. There is no bar or cafe.

first of all the distance of 12km up a lost mountain.we felt like we where disrupting their life.we had been driving a long way.had to wait till 15h .luckily the woman one chalet up gave us something to drink.suppertime was 21h30 so we had to wait till about 7h to get some drinks.again we where disturbing them.
