On one of Funen's best plot you will find this holiday cottage. The house has two bathrooms, one with 2 person whirlpool, shower cabinet and sauna for 3 people. Combined living/dining room furnished with furniture in the Danish quality. The living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV, radio with CD player and a digital satellite system. Kitchen is richly endowed with such ceramic hob, oven, cooker hood and fridge with 90 liter freezer. The living room has direct access to the terrace. Large open/covered terrace with garden furniture and garden grill. Located on a 1500 m2 plot approx. 300 m from the beach. Both from the house and from the plot is a view of the water. Lyø, Als, Avernakø and Als can all be seen from the house. The plot borders a large nature area, with lots of animals.

A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you book less than 40 days before arrival the total rental amount is due immediately after booking.
