The hotel, right in the middle of the Wernigerode old town, minutes away from the often photographed town hall. The hotel, is in an old building, that has been tastefully restored with all the comforts. The breakfast, was great. The hosts went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable.

We loved everything. The place was clean and very cosy. Don't expect a modern-looking hotel as that's not the vibe at the Harz which has a more traditional and earthy architecture. The amenities, however, were modern and top class. Our host Jörg was extremely friendly and thoughtful. We traveled with a 3 year old and he made sure to arrange all the things he would need in the room (children's toilet seat, stool to reach the washbasin, diaper changing mat, child bed). The breakfast was tasty and wholesome and Jörg would always be present to prepare fresh coffee and scrambled eggs if we wanted. We could also ask him for information about the area. The location was great, just a few minutes away from the central market square and Rathaus and the central train station. Even when Deutsche Bahn delayed us by more than an hour and we were way past the check in time, he patiently waited for our arrival. It would be our pleasure to stay here again

Very tasty, varied and fresh breakfast, very central and picturesque location, and best of all a very welcoming, kind and helpful host. Lovely old wooden beams and structure. A view onto a central shopping street in Wernigerode. It felt a bit like staying in an old inn or tavern from a bygone era.

Neu renoviertes historisches Gebäude mit individuell gestalteten liebvoll eingerichteten Zimmern. Neu renoviertes Bad mit gut funktionierender Dusche. Lage direkt in der Innenstadt. Sehr sauber. Sehr freundliche Eigentümer, die auch Sonderwünsche erfüllen (früheres Frühstück). Frühstückraum hat den Charme einer alten Gastwirtschaft erhalten. Breite Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet.

Es ist ein tolles kleines Hotel nah am Zentrum. Es wird von herzlichen und stets hilfsbereiten Gastgebern geführt, ein herzliches Dankeschön für das entspannte Wochenende, das wir hier verbracht haben. Hotel ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert und wir haben sehr gut geschlafen, das Frühstück war hervorragend, ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei.

Der Gastgeber war sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Hervorzuheben ist das außerordentliche Frühstück, liebevoll angerichtet, immer frisch - es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die gute Frühstücksfee, deren Namen wir leider nicht wissen, ließ keine Wünsche unerfüllt. Wie hatten drei wunderbare Nächte, in einem sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Zimmer. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Super Lage vom Hotel, alles Fußläufig erreichbar, super Blick auf das Schloss, zumindesten vom Dachgeschoss aus. Das Zimmer ist auch super eingerichtet, etwas rustikal aber sehr schön. Das Personal ist auch super freundlich. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist auch super, und es wird auch immer wieder aufgefüllt sobald was leer war. Sehr freundlich auch die junge Dame die sich da beim Frühstück um alles gekümmert hat. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden aufjedenfall wieder kommen und es auch weiter empfehlen.

Alles prima, die Mischung aus rustikaler und moderner Einrichtung in den geräumigen Zimmern ist großartig. Leckeres Frühstück, nettes und aufmerksames Personal, sehr sauberer Gesamteindruck und liebevolle Dekoration im gesamten Hotel,- und Aussenbereich haben den Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht. Die zentrale Lage ist unschlagbar.
