From March 14th, 2024 we have leased the entire lower floor to the company “Mein Cafe”. The cafe is located under the hotel area. The tenants are completely redesigning the lower floor. Construction will begin on March 14th, 2024 and is expected to continue until April 1st, 2024 if the interior furnishings are delivered on time.
