The room was amazing, and the view of the castle & city center is breathtaking. Although I am not sure if you can get that view from other rooms, we've got the last available room from the host and it was splendid. The host is super nice and helpful. The breakfast is available at another location, which looks closer on the map, but you have to get to it. For us, it was reasonable to take breakfast somewhere in the city.

The Pension Schlossidyll is located at the end of a residential street in one of the most exclusive residential areas of Wernigerode. With the best view of the castle and yet close to the city center, you will be welcomed by comfortably furnished holiday apartments. A symbiosis of vacation, active relaxation and a very exclusive accommodations in the northern Harz. We offer you a rich breakfast or alternatively a bread delivery service. Modern entertainment facilities with high-speed internet and free WiFi are available in all our rooms. The spa & wellness area welcomes you with a Finnish sauna and a jacuzzi. In the relaxation area you can end the evening comfortably in front of the fireplace. Parking and charging facilities are available directly in front of the pension.
