The location and the description of the house was perfect. A bit older in decoration, but felt very comfortable - like going to grandma's house without the weird smells :) Everything from the linens to the bath were extremely clean. The survey for the next day's breakfast was a wonderful touch to confirm not much food waste is happening. Overall, a very pleasant stay. Tremendous value for the money.

This country hotel is in one of the prettiest valleys in the northern Black Forest, surrounded by fir trees on a mountain ridge overlooking the Murgtal valley. The hotel prides itself upon on a high level of service and friendly atmosphere. The rooms are functionally decorated in a traditional cottage style, and many have a balcony. You can use ample sports and recreational facilities nearby. There is a sunbathing area, and the Mitteltal spa gardens are practically on the hotel's doorstep.
Couples in particular like the location – they rated it 9.3 for a two-person trip.
