The hotel is convenient to Karlsplatz and Munich train station (walking with luggage will be too much for the older crowd - take Uber) The breakfast cook was more than helpful and cheerful. Air conditioning was nice as room could get a bit warm. There is a good bakery across the street if you don't want a full breakfast. Pastries and good coffee. Seemed popular with taxi drivers. Staff from the desk to the cleaning service were all super friendly. If you don't need your room cleaned every day they will give you a 10Euro coupon which is a really positive point (2 nights and you qualify for 1 free breakfast)

The bed is comfortable and room is so quiet. We even didn't here neighbor's shower or flushing Toilette. Very thoughtful with floor heater which makes in cold winter very cozy.

- love the location: you can walk to Marienplatz and surrounding area in fifteen to twenty minutes; you can walk to the tourist information office in five? minutes to book the day trip tours; you can walk to the day trip meeting point in ten minutes; munich central station is five? minutes walk. - the breakfast room is nice and so does the lobby, you can hang out a bit there - there is an electric water kettle in the drinks area and we used it every day and every night - if you walk in the opposite direction to Marienplatz, there are plenty of little restaurants but they are good and cheap - rooms are on the smaller side but this is city center, that meets expectation - room details are well thought of, for example, light switch for the bathroom is outside the room, the dispenser of hand soap works by pressing
